Who’s Awtopia?

Hey, it's me, Peter John. I've been hanging in the music industry as an artist, storyteller, and filmmaker for more than 25 years now.

During this time, I've had the absolute pleasure of directing hundreds of music videos - and would you believe it? They've racked up nearly a billion views in total!

I'm humbled to have been nominated for the Dove Award three times and to have six of my music videos go platinum. It's honestly been a wild ride.

I've had the privilege of working with some seriously talented artists under my Company Epik Films. Just to name a few:

Morgan Evans, Simple Plan, The Paper Kites, Chase Rice, Randy Houser, Paul Oakenfield, New Empire, Planetshakers, Bliss n Eso, Kita Alexander, Dylan Joel, Bernard Fanning, Germein...and the list goes on.

It's been a blast, and I can't wait to see what's next!

Early days

In the early 2000s, my pop punk band toured relentlessly around Australia playing shows to 10’s of 1000’s and even playing a support show to a packed-out Rod Laver Arena.
